Candidate / User – an adult natural person who uses the website, sends an application form or applies for a job offer.
Application form – a form and CV submitted by the User in order to apply for selected job offers or participate in recruitment projects.
Employer – an employer or business partner for whom Proworkpl conducts recruitment projects.
Service – the website available at www.prowork.pl.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

III. What data we process

Recruitment and job applications. We process data to handle applications, contact candidates, match applications to recruitment projects and present candidates to employers after prior arrangements and in accordance with recruitment consents. Legal basis: performance of a service requested by the User, consent where required, and our legitimate interest in conducting recruitment processes.

Communication. We process contact details to answer questions submitted by email, telephone or contact form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with users and handling inquiries.

Claims and complaints. We may process selected data to establish, pursue or defend claims and to handle complaints. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Website operation and security. We process technical data, including IP address and cookie data, to maintain the website, improve its functionality and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Data may be disclosed to employers and business partners participating in recruitment projects, only within the scope necessary for the recruitment process and in accordance with the candidate consent or prior arrangement. Data may also be processed by IT, hosting, email, legal, accounting and administrative service providers acting for Proworkpl.

Recruitment data is processed for the duration of a recruitment project and, where consent has been granted for future projects, for no longer than 2 years unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims. Contact-form and correspondence data is kept for the period necessary to handle the matter.

You have the right to access your data, receive a copy of it, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time and request data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
