Recruitment Procedure of Teachers or Medical Care Personnel
- Acceptance and Discussion of the Recruitment Order.
- Candidate selection process (Usually 1-2 weeks).
- We present a list of recommended candidates and their profiles.
- We arrange an interview between the employer and selected candidate-either a personal interview or through Skype.
- In the event of acceptance of the selected candidate, both parties agree on specific terms and conditions of employment, job description and starting date.
- If required, ProworkPl provides support regarding preparation and translation of documents, verification of references, assisting in the process of obtaining a work permit or visa.
- Beginning of work by an accepted candidate. We guarantee our clients a 2-month warranty period and the possibility of re-recruitment during this period. We work with employers on the basis of a Success Fee– RECRUITMENT REQUEST and the entire recruitment process is FREE! The fee for the recruitment service is due only if the proposed candidate is accepted and starts working.
