Terms and Conditions

I. Definitions
User – an adult natural person using the electronic services provided by Proworkpl, including applying for job offers.
Ordinary User – any person browsing website content that does not require submitting an application.
Service Provider – Proworkpl Anna Kaczorowska, ul. Warecka 8/46, 00-040 Warsaw, Poland, owner of www.prowork.pl, operating as an employment agency under certificate no. 9116.
Services – electronic services provided through the website, including job offers, job search and application handling.
Application form – a form and CV submitted by the User in order to apply for selected job offers.
Website / Service – the website available at www.prowork.pl.
Terms – these Terms and Conditions.
II. Agreement and scope of services
The agreement for electronic services is concluded when the User correctly completes the application form available on the website in order to apply for a job offer and participate in a recruitment process.
The services for candidates are free of charge and include storing submitted data, supporting the recruitment process and, where applicable, presenting the candidate profile to selected employers.
By sending the application form, the User declares that the data is complete and accurate, that the User is adult and entitled to use the services, that the submitted data does not infringe third-party rights, and that the User has read and accepts these Terms.
III. Technical requirements
To use the website, the User needs Internet access, a web browser capable of displaying HTML documents and an active email account for correspondence related to applications and recruitment processes.
IV. Costs for users
Applying for job offers through www.prowork.pl is free of charge and voluntary. Proworkpl does not charge candidates any fees for participation in recruitment processes or job-search services.
V. Rights and obligations
The Service Provider undertakes to provide services with due care. The Service Provider may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance or modernization works and may stop processing a User application if the User violates these Terms, if services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the User, or if there are no recruitment projects matching the User profile.
VI. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for damage caused by the User using the services contrary to the Terms or law, loss of data caused by external factors independent of the Service Provider, interruption of services due to force majeure or third-party actions, false or incomplete information submitted by the User, or the User failure to comply with these Terms.
VII. Personal data and Privacy Policy
The controller of personal data submitted in the application form is Proworkpl Anna Kaczorowska, ul. Warecka 8/46, 00-040 Warsaw. Detailed rules for personal data protection are described in the Privacy Policy.
VIII. Complaints and contact
If the User identifies irregularities in the operation of the website, the User may submit a complaint by email to dane@prowork.pl or by post to Proworkpl, ul. Warecka 8/46, 00-040 Warsaw, within 21 days from the event concerned.
The Service Provider will review the complaint within 21 days and reply to the email address provided in the application form. General contact regarding use of the Service is possible by post or by email at dane@prowork.pl.
IX. Termination
The Service Provider may terminate the agreement and remove User data if the User violates these Terms or if no recruitment projects matching the User qualifications and criteria are available. The User may terminate electronic services at any time by withdrawing recruitment consents.
X. Final provisions
These Terms enter into force on the service launch date. The Service Provider may amend the Terms by publishing a new version on the website. The Terms and the agreement for electronic services are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by a competent Polish common court.
